Privacy notice

ThailandStats is a statistics website. It is built to collect as little personal information as possible. This notice explains what is collected and why.

What we collect

When you browse the site: we do not use cookies, advertising, analytics or tracking scripts, and we do not load fonts or other resources from third-party servers. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical request logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify you.

When you use the contact form: we receive the email address you give, your name if you give one, the topic, any page you mention and your message. We use this only to read and reply to your message and, where you report an error, to check and correct the data.

When you download data: downloads are ordinary files. We do not ask for or record any details about you.

Who processes it

• Hosting: the site is hosted by Vercel, which processes request logs on our behalf.
• Email delivery: contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service (Resend).

We do not sell personal information or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up, normally no longer than two years. Hosting request logs are kept by our provider for a limited period under its own retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your messages, by using the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under data protection law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Changes

If we start using any new service that processes personal information, such as privacy-friendly visitor analytics, we will update this notice first and change the date above.
